Annotated currently supports text annotations on individual New York Times articles and video clips on individual YouTube videos. Podcasts are coming soon.
Chrome extension
Google approval is in progress.
While the Chrome Web Store listing is under review, you can try Annotated in developer mode.
- Download and unzip the extension package.
- Open
chrome://extensionsand enable Developer mode. - Select Load unpacked, then choose the unzipped extension folder.
- Pin Annotated and open a supported article or video.
The public Chrome Web Store install will replace these steps once approved.
